BRRRR Strategy to Build Passive Income – Real Estate Investing
When you first learn about the BRRRR real estate investing strategy you’re probably going to be a little confused. And you may be wondering why this method is effective compared to other strategies you could use in your real estate investment business.
The BRRRR method is one I’ve started using and plan to use for the future to build a portfolio of properties that aren’t over leveraged and can produce good cash flow for me each month.
Alright so what does BRRRR stand for?
The acronym BRRRR stands for Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, Repeat.
It’s the process you have to follow when buying cheap distressed properties that banks won’t finance initially due to condition and failure to pass appraisal.
